​We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to respect our time and the time of other clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, the full balance of the treatment will be required. This allows us to provide every client the attention and care they deserve, while also making the best use of our appointment availability.
